Cannot convert points
i am trying to convert my points into Asia Miles but the webpage is broken. There's no button for me to click to continue or enter points to convert after inputting my asiamiles number. I have tried it on different browser and PC with the same issue. Anyone has the same?

I am seeing 0 rate when I search hotel in a city in most of the properties. The real rate is shown if you click on the hotel. This has been for few days.

I've had that issue for a couple of weeks - only at Asia Pacific Hotels and have AccorPlus membership. Suspect it might have something to do with this. Do you have AccorPlus membership as well? Does anyone without it have similar issue?

When you say "0 rate", do you mean the price of the hotel? Furthermore, is this when you are logged into the account?
I had a look and didn't seem to have a problem but want to make sure

On the Hotel List page eg for Sydney some hotels have a price next to them but some have $0 but when you click through to the individual hotel it lists the correct room price. Only occurs when I am logged in. A pain because you have to check many individual hotels to get the room price

Seems it's the same on the app and web page. wonder if Accor has any I&V at all.
They claim the nights are valid 'til the end of this year so platinum renewed this year already

Yes, I am AccorPlus member and still see 0 rate now for quite some number of hotels when I am looking at hotel in Bangkok

So right now at the private sales page (http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/united...ls/index.shtml) they are promoting 5 hotels with up to 40% discount in Hamburg, Germany. However, when you click the link it will only show 4 hotels, none of which is in Hamburg as a matter of fact!
