Very unprofessional by the way, that they need multiple days for maintenance works. I have never seen any organisation where such extended downtime of the main sales channel is acceptable. Typically anything longer than 1 or 2 hours is out of bounds.

I have a double whammy today.
1, Can't log in to the desktop site.
2, Can access the Andriod app, but when I try a make a booking it just takes me to my next prebooked reservation.
So at the moment Accor IT is completely useless to me.

Is the IT aware that for some weeks now the desktop LCAH has issues displaying the points and night "bars" correctly?
To "maintain plat status"
Instead of showing 21/60 nights for example, it shows 21/21 nights.
Instead of showing 7123/14,000 status points, it shows 7123/7123 status points.

Maybe this is not a bugs but privilege for being A+ member?
I have asked a+ to check, it has been more than 2 weeks, I have not heard anything even after 1 chaser.

I know your feelings. I have waited over 4 weeks that they would fix the Places app. I have got promises after promises but nothing really happens.

Same - get invalid card, try another one get duplicate booking warning then card issue, then burn points invalid
One phone to them for 3rd time. Seems some issues with memberships but not reservations. Just getting stupid now!
Want to book online as I get an extra 15% discount, on top of members rate
