I was looking at an upcoming reseveration and need to rebook the same hotel for another date. I clicked the 'rebook this hotel' link and get taken to a page asking me to select dates from a non-existant calendar. Not sure if this is a new error, or could have been there ages. Who knows?

Just saw that for a Sofitel in Asia. The 2nd and 3rd bullet points are contradicting each other. The 2nd says "I can use reward points". The 3rd one says "I cannot use points". Very clear

App is working again after a new installation, so I could make the reservation.
Problem I don't see my current reservations and I want to cancel something........ so I have to go threw my e-mails.......click the link, but can't login online.......sooooooo .........

Website is really slow. In the upper right is a bowl that turns around. It doesn't want to login so I cant make a booking on my name online.

Solution was to use a different browser - I now have four that I chose at random - and eventualy one will work .....
One browser said that the "log in" script was not valid and was running unsecured .... hence not working as it will not let me load unsecured ....
Private Sales are also hit and miss. There have been none from UK / IRL for some time, yet for Asia and elsewhere every week new ones
