And yet another week where the availability calendar does not load for the Monday Private Sales. Another feedback message to IT as well as the social media staff on their Facebook page. So far two ‘work orders’ have been created with messages promising feedback / updates on the issue. Yet, no follow up. If there is anyone from Accor reading this, can you at least acknowledge there is a problem!!!

@nrouxel @Goldorak The email is very clear whether breakfast is included and whether it is pre-paid or not. I know the bug you mentioned needs to be fixed but having the reservation email handy is a good work-around.

I'm probably more confrontational. If this happened to me I'd tell them that they have my CC on file and THEY should check. If they can't figure it out and they want money from me onus is on them to do the work. Not me.
I would then leave and let them get back to me.

Well, I don't keep those email with me (Pop email client at home), as I have the Accor's App !

yes the e-mail is very clear about this, but that’s not the point here. I don’t always print them and this is why the booking must be consultable in the app until you check-out.

I don't print them either but they are on my phone, usually available offline for reading in case I do not have internet access. But I do agree this is not acceptable, I was just pointing the email which let you know fairly clearly where you stand (contrary to other chain where the email does not contain this information, nor does the booking summary on the app).

Another weird Accor-only bug.

Booking Mercure Ginza May 16-17 => available
Booking Mercure Ginza May 17-18 => available (same rate)

So... Booking Mercure Ginza May 16-18 => not available

???

=> "Show more hotels"

Ahhh this one is not bad. I received the following e-mail today from Accor. It was entitled "Goldorak, soyez upgradé dès votre prochain séjour !", which translates into "Goldorak, be upgraded from your next stay !". I will pass on the use of "upgradé" in French....
OK, I am very excited to discover what's in this e-mail !!!

I am proposed to reach instantly LCAH Silver status if I subscribe to or renew the Accor Business Plus card before June !!

Well...I am Platinum and for many years

And Silver status doesn't grant upgrades at hotel (but Platinum sometimes )
At least, it made me laugh

The offer was also extended to this US-registered member, so it seems that any Platinum member, anywhere, can buy their way to Silver.
