It's been a while since staying with Accor but now I'm gold after transfer of points from other FFP and I have also noticed this banner on some properties...
This is what it should mean (no points, no perks), usually this applies to partner hotels or Accor brands where no points can be earned. Unfortunately currently there are some website bugs where hotels display the wrong information.

I thought this only applies to the Polish version of the website which has been maintained by people with poor spelling and command of language for a long time (mistaking "statut" for "status" is a common mistake for the literary challenged Polish speakers/writers), but this just seems a terrible typo displayed to millions around the world.

Just proves nobody at Accor really cares...

Statut is french for status, and Accor is a french chain, so perhaps this was just an oversight...

Didn't know that, now this makes sense, even if it is still a major oversight left in plain view for weeks now.

Meanwhile, somebody at Accor IT listens to far too much Katy Perry. Or was it Yulia Savicheva?

Same with the Apple apps. Instead of showing the membership status or points, I get ads for joining LCAH.

Hi All,
I've been in contact with the team at Accor and there have been technical problems since this morning which means that the website and the app are not able to connect to receive the necessary information.
They are currently working on fixing the issue and hopefully it will be back up and running soon.
Thank you in advance for your patience!
Regards,
Amy

This is not good. Problems with the web site all day. This morning I tried to check if the points for a stay had posted and couldn't. This evening I can't get a booking to go through, it fails with an error.

Those frequent bugs don't exactly increase my trust in Accor's IT. I gave Accor my credit card data and other sensitive information. I've really started thinking more carefully about which credit card, which phone number, and which password I give to Accor. To me, these are not minor problems we're talking about.

As an IT specialist myself, I can assure you that Accor's IT is one big red flag and I'd be surprised if they have actually truly securely stored our data.

My app has said there is no availability at any hotel in any of the places I have searched for for nearly a week now.
