Hmm. Okay. That buoys my hopes. However, AB departs T1 and the EY F lounge is in T3. That said, from what I can determine from the AUH website it is perfectly easy to move between terminals when airside.

It's virtually one and the same and the F lounge is at the beginning of T3.

I asked the Etihad lurker in the help thread and got this response.

I have AZ Frecia Alata Plus status and will be traveling with AB in J from AUH-TXL. Will I have access to your F lounge?

Regarding Freccia Alata members, they are illigible for Al Reem Lounge access in Abu Dhabi when travelling on board Etihad or Alitalia.
We hope this helps. *Leila
I don't think the lurker actually answered my question, unfortunately.

They did.

No access to the F lounge. You will have access to the Al Reem lounge.

The Etihad lounges require you to be travelling on Etihad.

Lurker made an ambiguous spelling mistake saying illigible meaning either eligible or ineligible and said when travelling on Etihad also. So classic case of no clue what they're talking about.

I've been sent to the Al Reem lounge for every single AB flight (all in J) I've ever taken from AUH.

I've never had top-tier status in any of Etihad Guest, Millemiglia, or topbonus, but I don't think the combination of 3 carriers (AZ top status, AB metal, EY lounge) is sufficient for the OP. Perhaps if their status was with either of EY (the lounge operator) or AB (the flight operator) - but the reliance on a third partner is a partner too far, methinks.

OP - please return and let us know!

I was in the F lounge last month. One staff member there who I know quite well told me that this month would see a new menu. I asked him when exactly we could expect to see the new menu, but he wasn't sure. If anyone should see the new menu, could they kindly post a photo or two. Thanks.

Thanks. Let's hope they have introduced it by the time you get there.

Yes, it is possible to prebook. Do it when you first arrive in the lounge to get the time you want.

Yes they do. It's one or the other. I've had each one on separate visits. Prebook to get the time you want. Each one lasts for about fifteen minutes.
