Mine still does not work...
Ah, no big deal, though. I can always check my MP account balance over the phone.

E-Upgrade hasn't worked for weeks with my cable modem unless I used megaproxy (that I learned about in this thread). I tried it today for the first time with my dial-up ISP on the same computer (without megaproxy) and it worked. Same computer, same Internet Explorer, so what's the difference between cable modem and dial-up? I still can't get "My Itineraries" that were booked on Travelocity.

It's E-Upgrade and summary is still OK for me during the wee hours of the morning US time. However My Itineraries comes up now with no listings even though I have several bookings under my MP number.

I have a DSL line and haven't been able to view my u/g summary for weeks until this AM when I tried megaproxy. It worked! Thanks for the info.

Good news: The Mileage Summary year now defaults to 2002.

Bad news: My attempt to view my E-Upgrade Summary "can not [sic] be processed at this time."

And whether the default year thing was a big deal or not--I say it waqs huge! You always forgot to change it (because you assume they know what year it is) so it wasted your time retrying the operation, it was a very public display of incompetence, and it wasn't like the year changing from 2001 to 2002 was unexpected and so it shouldn't have caught anyone by surprise!

Thank you "kenjih" you're the greatest!!! My upgrade summary has been down since before Thanksgiving. Everything else works fine. Thanks to your advice regarding www.megapeoxy.com, I am now able to see our upgrades. Now if I can just get mileage plus to correct a Christmas present a gate agent gave us in Las (LAS-LAX) by taking out two(2) confirmed upgrades instead of two (2 ) 500 mile upgrades, we'll be all set.

The mega-trick worked, and for the first time in months I could see my E-upgrade summary. But this is totally baffling. I have used different computers on different networks in different states connecting through different types of service (dial-up, cable, DSL) and using different browsers, all to no avail. But the proxy server works and when the folks at UAL.com enter my user ID and password, they can see my summary without problem (worked twice).

Even if UAL.com is not going to figure this out, maybe someone here can.

Glad it works. I admittedly haven't spent any time trying to figure out what its tripping up on but without going through megaproxy, say, I still can't view the EUG summary, for the record.

Revisiting this issue, I am able to access the E-upgrade Summary, but the total is incorrect -- I crossed the 10K mark 10 days ago, and no posted E-upgrades, and now that I've passed 20K, I thought at least the first batch of 4 would have shown up. Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Anyone willing to uninstall their browser and then re-install and see if that fixes?
