It's never gotten fixed for me and remains broken. Sigh.

one other datapoint - it's worked fine for me all day...

Some networks do nasty caching - you may need to go delete your history file in addition to doing a CTRL ALT (REFRESH WITH YOUR MOUSE)

This morning it's working for me for the first time in a couple weeks. I tried getting there a new way - from the Program Information screen, selecting 1K benefits, then upgrades at the bottom there is a link to log on to the E-Upgrade section. This worked. I logged out and tried again from the Mileage Summary - it worked as well. If you're still having a problem, log off and follow this route and see if you have better luck. It forces you to log on to ua2go.com directly, rather than passing log on information through a session ID, which i think is/was part of the problem.

I tried to log in as instructed by SFO 1K, and I couldn't get in.

In fact, I tried other ways and still cannot get in.

...also, I called the Web Customer Service number....800-589-5582...and the agent I spoke to said it was a known problem. She said it has been a known problem, but she didn't know when this might be fixed.

I finally got it to work today. Don't know if they fixed it or using the CTL-ALT refresh did the trick.

I also contacted ual.com support folks, they confirmed that this is still a problem under investigation.

From my experience, once in awhile it works and mostly it doesn't. Unlike some of you I have not seen a pattern yet where it works.

I tried it a few minutes ago and it didn't work. I even tried logging on through the UK website but no go.

I just talked to UA.com and they said that they have escalated the problem and are hoping to have it fixed in the near future.

Also talked to MP who says that they are thinking that the new HK49s will post during tonight's sweep. Hope so.

http://www.ua2go.com/htm/mpavail.htm doesn't work either for SAVER availability. Maybe it's related. UAL.COM support of course told me it was MY problem, that I was obviously selecting blacked out dates or something. I guess then United's black out dates are January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 for all domestic and international sectors.

Or maybe United has fired all the people who knew anything about the systems.

I had a problem with pulling up a hotel reservation on Starwood-Westin website

The error message I got told me to call a toll free number. Called it and got a LIVE person in a minute or so. They walked through the problem with me and KNEW what the issue was and got it resolved in a few minutes

NOW that is how web tech support should be... I dont think I have ever had UAL.COM support ever put a person on the phone who actually knew what they are doing!

Sorry but in my business having thousands of customers unable to access services for over 3 weeks is a crisis.
