Only the Impossible Meatballs and the Za'atar chicken were offered on board for those who didn't preorder.
I chose the burger.
It was pretty good! The bistro sauce gave it a little kick, and I added the ketchup and mustard which gave it some tang as well. The plate in the top left was three decent sized slices of mozzarella cheese, topped with marinated tomatoes. The thing that looks like a cookie was a muffin tin cookie (so a cookie, but muffin shaped, allowing it to have a filling), and had melted chocolate in the middle.

Other option was vegetarian meatballs, I got this Zatar chicken dish with orzo. Chicken tasted good, orzo could have been better, mozzarella was new to me

Identical meal options for IAD-IAH on UA1193 10/29. I had the Zatar chicken as well and it was good. No preorder option -- aircraft ended up being swapped from a 764 to 752 two days prior to departure.
