Pretty empty here right now. The staff are clearly still learning. Ordering food, I had to point at my menu because she wasn't familiar with the 3 breakfast options. For cocktails, they don't have a menu yet, but they do have some of the old specials they can make. But they're not fully stocked yet.

As an aside, if anyone is on LH 455 today, I can guest 2.

and they offer all of the amenities as well from that list and there is also soap shampoo conditioner in the dispensers. Thankfully we parked at gate G2 today and I was out of customs and in the Polaris lounge in 15 mins. Nice to see some normalcy trying to resume. Quiet rooms are also available and fully stocked. Happy New Year everyone. Stay safe.

I think that PL only allows Polaris passengers. No guest is allowed.

Star Long haul C or F can access Polaris. And if poster has 2 in F on LH455, then the poster can guest 2 in (one for each F passenger)

The guest(s) must also be on the same LH flight, as OP indicated.

I know same flight rules for star gold entry, but is it the same for F class? Online shows United makes a distinction and restriction notes for star gold entry and guests but no guest restrictions for F class guests.

Yes, there were two of us in F. If the same flight rule doesn't apply to F, then I apologize for not offering the guesting to people on other flights.

Also, I noticed the sign at the entrance only mentions business class, which I found amusing.

Star Alliance rules are in effect in the case of admittance based on LH departure. Guesting under *A rules, as of May last year, require guests of F passengers to be on the same *A flight.

I see that now on the Star site.

United is only listing star gold guest restrictions consistent with Star policy.
