Recent changes to United's policy on pajamas and slippers increased the official availability from flights '12+ hours' to flights '14+ hours'.
There are currently (October/November 2023) mixed reports about actual availability, with some shorter than 14-hour flights still being provisioned with pajamas and slippers.

The printed on-board menu reads:

"Sleep soundly in the sky
Slippers are available by request on all international flights, along with pajamas for flights scheduled 14+ hours.
Ask your flight attendant if you'd like them."

Previous Wiki updated February 22, 2023, left here until final eligible routes can be established:

"On flights longer than 12 hours, we also offer 100% cotton pajamas upon request." (https://www.united.com/web/en-US/con...laris-FAQ.aspx )
Pajamas are provisioned for about half of the eligible seats.
Flights with pajama service (for both directions)
SFO - ICN, PEK, PVG, TPE , AKL , HKG , CTU, SYD, TLV, SIN
EWR - TLV, NRT, PEK , DEL, BOM, HKG, PVG, CPT, JNB
ORD - NRT, PEK, PVG, HKG
LAX - PVG, SYD, MEL
IAD - NRT, PEK
IAH - NRT, SYD
(from United Twitter feed https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CyjFHZLWEAAQV7X
New flights have been added, and some flights ended)

Note: United employee shop sells pajamas for $9.99 a pair as of 12/10/20

SFO-FRA is said to be about 11 hours...
It was 12 hour block time cutoff. Europe routes basically didn’t qualify. Seems like that has been relaxed which is a nice thing

This thread's wiki and here listed the previously qualifying PJ flights.
I suppose they haven’t updated the list recently? EWR-CPT shows just under 15 hours..

This list were from years ago and archived on FT, not aware UA has a published list today

But EWR-CPT is a pretty safe bet for having PJs

Any recent experiences on whether SFO-FRA or FRA-SFO gets pajamas? I know it doesn't qualify under the 12 hour rule but have heard there might be some recent relaxing of this and at least FRA-SFO is blocked for pretty close to 12h.

I had high hopes, but no PJs on UA 44 (SFO-ZRH) on July 10 (I asked). Their July menu does not mention PJs anymore -- only on flights longer than 12 hours.

PJ on the previous menu was obviously a glitch.
I am more concerned that the mattress pads are omitted too. I sure hope they will stay!!!

Similar menu on UA871 yesterday. PJs weren’t proactively offered but were available (along with mattress pads) when asked. FA even suggested using the L2 lav

Comparing to PJs, I’m much more concerned about the lack of sundaes despite showing on the menu.

No PJs on IAD-AMM? I asked the FA when placing my dinner order. She said she didn't think so but would check.
I know the average is about 30min under 12hrs but I read a review blog about the flight and they reported getting them. Maybe it was just for the bloggers on the first flight
