Does anybody else have PQM displaying incorrectly? Correct miles and segments appear when I view activity but on the My Account screen and mystatus pages the wrong amounts appear.

Mine are correct.

I am looking at requesting an upgrade into R (coopay + miles) booking MEL-LAX but any date and combination only spits out the message " Not eligible for upgrade " usually it was possible to request to be waitlisted, is this just bomb.com or did United recently made a change, as of this morning I was able to waitlist for all of the flights.

Update: after many refreshes, i seem to be able to witlist again

Does not sound normal. The lack of R at booking is common.

How are you getting the message?
Are you doing a flight search with the advance search mileage upgrade option selected?
Have you tried a different browser?
Some issue clear up by clearing your browser cookies?

I tried different browsers and got the same message. After about 30 minutes it would show some waitlisting option again.

However I am still often getting the message - not letting me waitlist at all

Saturday is the day UA does certain database maintenance and loads schedule changes, so this may just a temp system issue. Strange things happening on Saturday is not unusual. If it continues tomorrow, call and have the upgrade manually placed.

Appears www.ual.com & ual.com has recently stopped working.
Guess united.com is not that much longer but old habits die hard.

Can't tell you how many times I've accidentally visited Under Armour's site looking for ual.com either :D

Across the board can't search for flights on United.com right now. Just comes back with the below error. One way and RT.

Same for me - was looking for award flights to Tokyo - now it's just dead...

Working for me on both revenue and award tickets so perhaps it's fixed?

Edited to add: Taking my seat in the penalty box as it's now not working for me either on August 2nd at 9am :(

I can't even get into the site at all today. My browser shows "connecting" and just sits there. All other web sites working so it is nothing with my connection or browser. :(

Close all United tabs, clear cache and all United cookies. Log back in, and it should work fine.

This useless website...

Today I'm searching some more business fares from Asia back to the US and the results page continues to "highlight" the economy fares column. By highlight I'm referring to the "lifted" look to the column.

All that's different when you select a business fare is that the first class column appears. What a piece of crap this website is.

I can't believe the head of their web division (all of IT?) hasn't been canned yet for producing such crap.
