UA154 island hopper westbound from HNL cancelled Monday 8/24 due to aircraft maintenance.
UA154 for tomorrow 8/26: Drumroll please........ Cancelled due to aircraft maintenance.
United Airlines seems content to be single-handedly tanking Boeing's 737NG dispatch rate. I have taken over 1500 Southwest 737 flights with ZERO cancellations. Only two equipment delays-- (both of which were due to lightning strike checklists).

895 ORD-HKG went almost 3 hours late today.
And UA902 FRA-SFO appears to be landing at ORD right now. No reason given for the diversion, no time listed for the ORD-SFO part (and apparently the new UA app doesn't work too well with Windows 10).

902 diversion due to mechanical delay out of FRA, need to re-crew in ORD.

UA54, EWR-CDG is estimated late by 1:19 (looks like there was a possible a/c swap)

So UA154 was cancelled on Aug 24 and Aug 26?
I see what maybe were two rescue flights on Aug 25 (UA2089 and UA2091) but they both look cancelled too.
Anyone have more information?

Onward to SFO finally left ORD about midnight. Due into SFO close to 2am local. Seems like a long time on the ground just to change crews, unless they made all the passengers go through immigration.

863 SFO-SYD is on a rolling delay for mechanical. Up to an hour + right now. No bets on if it goes.

UA836 PVG-ORD mechanical delay in PVG causing crew diversion to SFO.
UA804 NRT-IAD left the gate a few times, came back a few times and is canceled.

Plane broke again in ORD so had to swap planes, everyone through immigration/customs and transfer to terminal 1.
