Still having trouble booking NZ segments when they are not immediately before/after a UA segment (a multi stop itinerary where one segment is NZ only). The UA website can not find any flights on star alliance AKL-SYD (one of the busiest air corridors in this part of the world).
Are there any other star partners where similar issues are happening?

My account is finally accurate. My last flight from 4/4 posted, and my RDM/EQM/EQS are all there. Now...who knows if it'll stay that way

I'm still missing about 1/2 my partner mile flights (and on the sweeps thread that appears to be quite 'normal')
And we are apparently all a bunch of whingers, according to a 1K agent. He claims that UA just reported internally that they have a 98.6% compliance rate for maintaining upgrade priority correctly since 3/3. When I pointed out that I am still waiting for miles to post more than one month later (as are many of us), he said that we just have no idea how the system works, and that it is working absolutely correctly.
The issues we continue to face are challenging enough without being told that we are wrong, and that things are fine. If this is 'fine', and if this is the way things should work, then they will lose more customers.

Has anyone else's GPU and RPU posted within the last few hours with a expiration date of 2/2014?

Redemption Upgrade processing BUG -
I was waitlisted on one segment using GPU certificates for a domestic flight with one stop in each direction. DCA-IAH-SAN SAN-IAH-DCA.
I used GPUs for the upgrade from united.com redemption.
Three segments cleared sometime back except the IAH-SAN segment which showed waitlisted.
The flight is in four days and R class opened, but upgrade did not clear. Looking at united.com in the "redeem upgrade" window - it shows that it cleared - meaning that the wailist cleared and it showed "no upgrades available" since I was already in First on all four segments.
However, the upgrade did not clear in the "flight details" and thus had not really cleared. I still showed 5 segments with a 5th wait listed segment for the last segment IAH-SAN.
I called united and they said I was still waitlisted, and United agent could see the R1 availability. Another person cleared overnight - so likely an CPU upgrade cleared.
A supervisor looked at it (got a Chicago based - legacy United supervisor) and after some time she cleared it into the R bucket seat.
So the issue is:
1. Cleared upgrade on the "redeem upgrade" web page showed upgrade but it did not clear. Previously showed waitlist for that segment.
2. Also strange - that the cleared segment showed "United First, Food for Purchase" when the other three segments showed the meal rather than Food for Purchase.
3. Before it cleared - when this segment was "waitlisted" it showed "United Economy" for that segment. So it did clear from "Economy" to "First" but the meal type did not change??????
4. So something is wrong (bug) with the auto processing of the waitlist when upgrade instrument is used and waitlisted in the redemption screen. It cleared in redeption screen - but did not clear in reality in the reservation.

I just did an audit of the wife's account and discovered that the flight we took last year together was missing (20k miles worth)
called up and gave the agent the details
(a massive hold time of 3 minutes as well...)
Miles were in her account within 2 hours however the lifetime miles has not updated

And the problem du jour is seat goes from 21H to 20B at OLCI (all good) and then because you cannot print boarding passes at home any longer, check in at the airport and get 30C. No-one knows why, they can see the seats I had in the original reservation but ka-boom, something, someone, somewhere decided that I wanted to sit in 30C. Absolute garbage after almost 2 months of absolute garbage. Luckily they fixed it.

Knowing Chase's customer service, they'll probably catch the issue 8 months from now, then retroactively charge you penalties and interest on the extra refund.

Still having some of my upgraded segments go to Z. Others are going to R. Others are going to ZQ. I can't back-out a rhyme or reason. Sure they'll eventually re-sweep everything but it's going to dramatically shift both RDM and PQM balances whenever they do.

Could this be due to the time your upgrades cleared? Pre-3/3: Z, and post-3/3: R for domestic and ZG for international...?

No CO 150% PQM bonus for B fare?
Had 2 RT flights between LAX/EWR prior to the system conversion. 3 of the 4 segments were B fares (on Continental @ ~$1500/pop).
The conversion did not move the PQMs across with the 50% PQM bonus. That shorts me about 3700 PQMs. Not the end of the world, but after my 1K expired 3/3, it delayed my Silver requal by a couple of weeks, and it will delay my Gold, Platinum and 1K requals by a week or two each as this heavy-travel year goes on...
I finally got through to the MPSC today; the Service Director I spoke with indicated she would open a dispute ticket but I should be aware that the flights may not qualify for 150% PQM bonus because they were Continental metal and I was using my pre-conversion UA MP#.
Does that sound right to anyone? Anyone happen to know what the policy is for PQM earnings on CO flights between 1/1/12 and 3/3/12, when using a UA MP #...? Doesn't smell right to me...
Thanks in advance...

Sounds like complete and utter nonsense. No dispute should be necessary here.
