I also have a Colgan flight from 3/8 that hasn't posted, in my case from IAD to BTV.

And recently only 1of 9 flights has posted within 72 hours.

We might have been on the same flight, UA3921.

This morning I called Customer Service again. She tells me there is no "comments record" of my having talked with CS a week ago.

Then she laboriously proceeds to extract all of the flight info from me verbally and manually enters everything in, says it is easier (!) than trying to call up the info in their own system.

15 minutes later, she says that I should see the miles in 3 to 5 days. I believe her. I also believe that the Easter Bunny and Elwood P. Dowd's friend Harvey are real.

15 minutes (!!!!) to process one lousy less-than-500-miles missing mileage segment?!?

Quote from Mr. Smisek:

"Is this any way to run an airline?!? You bet it is!"

What do you think should have happen? Date of purchase should have priority over Fare Class?
Well, this is exactly how it works on AA, so the poster is more than welcome to switch programs if that's what's important to him.

But then we'll probably hear him complain when he has to purchase a $750 last minute ticket and is the last 100k on the list, with the $250 fares sitting up front.

Has anyone recently else lost their PMUA EQS? Mine were there two days ago (I had 52 EQSs) and now am down to 35.5. If I look at the activity, it shows 0 EQS from the conversion.

Sigh......

Yep, I lost mine yesterday. If I go to the MileagePlus Activity Since My Last Statement page, there are two lines for 3-3. One shows 2012 EQM conversion to PQM and that line did not change and is still correct. The other is 2012 EQS conversion to PQS. That line had 17 segments until yesterday, but now shows 0.

Million Mile Companion

The site is still down to register a companion. My wife is flying out to meet me later this month and it would be nice if the status I earned for her would be available.

This happened to me as well. It looks like they are only counting flights on roughly 2/27/2012 and after as current activity. All my flights for January and and just about all of February are showing up in my history, but not showing as current activity. My Segment count dropped from 34 to 18. I have tried calling the MP service center many times, but eventually get disconnected after being on hold for an hour. The one time I did get through to someone he (in very broken english) said I was wrong, and I didn't take all those flights in my history.

Calling MPSC seems to work now.

Looks like a tad more tidying up needs to be done on the web site:

Now, does anyone want to take a guess how long it will take for the 40K miles to be returned to my account?

Also, I did not receive any notification for this waitlist clearing. I just happened to check the reservation today. I don't know how long ago it had cleared.

PQS after 03/01 vanished a week ago. At the same time, PQM now almost doubled (happened today)...

YMMV, but today I canceled and requested refunds for two awards that I made about a week ago; both sets of miles returned to my account within a couple hours. Flip side of that is an award that I made pre-3/3 ticketed on 005 stock; I requested a refund 3/23 and still haven't seen those miles. Thankfully, only 12.5k so I'm not too stressed, but it'd be nice to have them back so I don't have to keep track of them.

I assume that this is because her outbound was in T while mine was in K. If this is correct, it is ridiculous.
OK, I have to concede that I was wrong on this. Priority goes by status then by booking code. T > K regardless how small the cost differential.

As a 1K since 2004, I should have known better. Perhaps I am spoiled by the 90+% domestic upgrade success I have enjoyed as a 1K. On most of my flights, I have been at or near the top of the upgrade list; on this flight, according to the mobile website and app, there must be at least 11 1K/GS pax ahead of me, with booking codes > K.

On a related note, my seat in row 7 suddenly switched to row 12 tonight. I called the (former?) 1K line and was told by the mystified agent that he saw me in Row 12 on the seat map but in row 7 on the flight manifest. (I had always assumed that flight manifests were a day of flight creation, but this flight is 48 hours away.) The seat map now shows my original seat as vacant, but he was unable to reconcile the two. He claimed that the seating on the manifest would ultimately prevail; I hope he is right.
