Ditto. We are on a Trans Atlantic flight today and yesterday UA decided to move us from row 21 in Economy Plus to row 30 in economy. This is the second time of being moved to economy on this flight over the past 2 months. My call was responded to by "we cannot do anything about it". After 2 million plus BIS miles that is not a good feeling. Our hope this is a system integration issue and not the new United.
