No PQM credit posting.

My wife's flight from Japan posted. It shows PQM as credited but the exact same amount is showing as a debit from as of 09/05/2011. Now what is going on?

Just checked my account. Same issue.

another return itinerary and PNR disappeared

I went to check in for my return flight today and it was completely gone. The confirmation number returned nothing, no itinerary existed in my MP account, and, of course, I could not check in for my flight. My assistant had to spend nearly 2 hours on the phone with UA getting it corrected. When I got the itinerary restored I lost my upgrade that had cleared at the ~96 hour mark and no longer show up on the upgrade list.

The same thing happened to my wife with her itinerary/return from EZE last week.

So things are getting worse. Missing itins is not good at all.

Silver , as of 3/3, not longer have access to E+ (for free) at booking. They do have access at Checkin.

So, is UA not making this clear to 2P's who don't know any better?

Hopefully, the system will say: "you can buy E+ confirmed seating now (at booking), or you can wait until you check in 24 hours before departure and select from remaining available E+ seats for no charge."

Just a shot in the dark, but were there any irrops/bumps involved?

The reason I asked us that a fellow f/t'er VBD'd last week but it wasn't handled properly with her still showing on the "bumped from flight" and with that, where she was checked on that flight but didn't board, the system took her as a no-show and cancelled the rest of the ticket (in this case her return flight). And with COdbaUA and its "vastly superior" system SHARES , removing flights from your itin one hour after departure time, you now have no record of your flights in case of problems and have to hope reservations can find it and then fix it <feh>

Well I think I will get to experience the joys of the "is it a new 777 or not" for the next few days until my LHR-SFO flight. Changing from 77Q to B777 at the moment with the 77Q showing as the seat map - the fun being whether I will be able to change seats at check-in time - but I really want to turn this auto check in feature to off but cannot.

So my question about auto check in for those that have used it: does it only get enabled if you check in online for a flight and only work on the return segment ? ie. I do not want it to be enabled for the first segment as I expect the 777 seat fandango.

Any update on fix for post merger flights upgrd ON class?

Flight upgraded to ON. These flights are not posting miles or PQM/PQS class of service bonuses correctly. This issue will be addressed with an update to the system next week (week of March 19th). Missing accruals for ON will post after this fix

My DCA-ORD-DCA (7MAR-9MAR) flights were purchased in E class in Feb. At that time I applied 2 regional upgrades. In the post-merger ticket it was showing as ON class. According to UAInsider's information there is a fix due the week of March 19th. Just curious if that is still on track?

Happy to see that my PQM is finally fixed!! :)

Now if I could only update my "primary contract #" - have tried many times (also with CO pre-system integration) but the system refuses to accept any changes.

Lucky you :) Me -- my negative PQM total keeps getting larger for every flight I take.

RTW -- Same here -- at least you are not alone. Plus my pre-3/3 UA transfers are gone from the total -- replaced by that negative total.

Unclear as added miles for EWR-FRA-KBP on LH.
Added in total:
EWR-FRA Continental 8838L/Lufthansa 0403L 1,935 miles (that is only 50 %)
For FRA-KBP didn't add in general.
For KBP-MUC-JFK too on LH, too on the L tariff added 100 % of miles.
It is United were mistaken or I don't understand something? There should be 100 % of miles for LH L-class:confused:

I suffered the dreaded ON and flight didn't post miles on 3/11. Not sure if this is now causing none of my flights to post as nothing has updated to my account since 3/9. Had two segs each on 3/15 and 3/18. Reading from others that they now say the 3/19 fix is scheduled for 4/1. Great thanks

Have a flight on Thursday from MSY-IAH. Received notification that I was upgraded. Looked at the IAH-DEN leg and there were 11 open seats on a 737-900. Called reservations and was put on hold for 25 minutes and agent said he was still trying to get upgrade and said he would get it done. Duh I said ok I will just check online later and said I would hang up. Of course no upgrade and now down to 9 seats available.

WOW for those that haven't been effected by this merger congrats but for me this has been not some of the things Smisek, J that I am liking.

Partner earnings do not appear to be based on the updated charts as of 3/3. In some cases like yours its bad, in some cases like mine its good. Who knows when they will finally get around to fixing it and whether they will retroactively credit you the additional 50% miles or whether they will run a blanket readjustment process for everyone .
