Was unable to get an OJ without Ice on my IAD->YYZ Flight. FA came down the aisle with a tray with OJ/Water only. When I asked for one without Ice, was told no, they all came with ice only.

I was trying to hold a phone conversation on my porch in Arlington, VA this afternoon, and a United plane departing DCA overhead made it difficult to hear, so I had to go back inside.
