Some passengers who might have paid for E+/Y+ complaining that others got it for free [via an all-comers announcement] and demanding a refund while still feeling entitled to a guaranteed E+/Y+ seat.

The price of gummy bears!

My fav united "meal" is vodka and gummy bears. Costs me over $10 US, never mind what that costs in my Canadian tokens!

Aren't they all the same graphic? Which leads us to...

United can't be bothered to use separate graphics for different plane types on the wifi status page!

I'm upset at the way the recorded voice on the EWR AirTrain pronounces "United."

It says "U-netted Airlines"

Who do I speak to about this? What can I expect in terms of compensation?

Slats on the SFO GFL men's room stall door are unevenly spaced.
