I was able to match my SAS Gold to Turkish Elite after sending scans of my SAS Gold, AF Gold and M&M Senator in addition to 2011 statement from SAS to TK.

But I have a problem using my new TK Gold. I've tried entering my TK number in four different reservations with SAS, Austrian and Air Canada without getting the system to access my number.

I've tried using Lufthansa "Manage my booking", LOT "manage my booking" and SAS Australia without success. The system seemingly accepts the number buth then it disappears. Have anybody else experienced this? Suggestions?

That's what happened to me. Saw the status change on line about 3 weeks ago, got an email about 10 days ago and my shiny gold card arrived today.

TK's website was ultra buggy just trying to get a TK miles and smiles new membership, but after 20 minutes, finally succeeded. Just sent in my AA plat card and statement print out to the customer service email address. Fingers crossed.

Now it is suddenly working. Was able to register TK number in all my bookings.
Maybe TK is reading this thread ;)

You guys are aware that for much of the last 48 hours the TK website was mostly down due to cyberattacks, right?

Very odd that they match other *Gs, I thought that was against the *A rules

I too am surprised that they have declared it, my understanding was that they were doing it due to the BMI excuse, but not actually spelling it out.

Has anyone dealt with the M&S call center? They're not answering my emails, as I'm oddly locked out of my account for lack of a "communication address" ...

Any idea when they open? IST is 10 hours ahead of my time zone, so hoping to be able to call late at night my time.
