URGH! I got this email as well DESPITE providing them with SAS Eurobonus Gold, and NZ Airpoints Gold cards and statements!

Just sent them another email back, again with the statements attached, asking them to look a little more carefully.

I sent them the documents required on 29 may but still did not get any response. It seems it depends on each case.
However I am concerned they give you status until 2014, but my LH card is until 2015.

Well guess so - a bit annoying though...

What do you mean by your LH card is until 2015? I think it is pretty generous of THY to offer 2 yesrs full *Gold membership... Dont you?

i got the denial, despite sending them a copy of my DL Gold card. I replied back with two links to DL's site that stated that DL Gold does qualify for SkyTeam Elite Plus.

I have re-qualified last year, so my original status was until feb 13, but now it is until feb 15. So I was hoping to get the same years with TK.

Matched Elite to my AA EXP... sent email on June 1... sent a second one on June 4th. match on June 6th.

How long does it take to get the elite kit packet?

Mine took about 3 weeks to arrive.

and why should they do that? LH has a standard year that everyone has, through the end of February, probably 2/3 of airlines do that with their FF programs. TK does it on a 12 month year based on your original qualification. Considering the fact that they comped you and you may have never ever stepped foot on a TK aircraft before, I would say that it was VERY generous of them and had you cared enough you would have read through this forum and gotten matched next February if you wanted your status to last until February 2015. I should also add that if you had the slightest intention of actually flying enough to requalify on both carriers that you would prefer the member ship to be more checkerboarded as it seems to be for you!

Log into the Turkish account in a few days. Mine was approved the day after i received the same email. Based on previous posters you would have received a denial letter instead of a forwarded for review email.

Got my card in the mail about two weeks after the match was approved. No problems using it to get into United Club :)
