Haven't gotten the card yet, luckily I booked on DL rather that UA/US this week.

AwardWallet now tracks TK Elite status as well as miles, so I was happy to see this today:

*G gets into lounges no matter what *A flight you're flying. The only exception is if you are a US/UA *G member and are flying domestic routes on UA/US.

Questions:
If I match today, I get gold status to June 2014, assuming I get 25k status miles between now and Dec.....
- That extends my gold status out to June 2016
- June 2014 will be the start of my next status earning period

Are these statements correct?

I sent them an email on May 29th and not an even an acknowledgement yet. I think they probably got overwhelmed by the amount of requests :rolleyes:

How many still waiting for e-mail from THY and what date did you send in yours?

I e-mail'd "[email protected]" on Jun 4 along with my statement & card. Still nothing as of today... :(

Sent mine on may 30 nothing heard yet. No change online to my status.

Sent email over the weekend [they received it yesterday] - today I got 'forwarded to the relevant dept" email.

No change in status yet.

Correct. I accessed BOS, IAH, SFO, LAX & ORD United Clubs over the weekend without a hassle. In SFO the person doing the check in had not yet seen a Turkish elite card but no problems entering there either. All my flights were credited to UA program so don't even need to credit to TK to access.

Two other people I know, that matched before me, have not received their cards yet. One contacted TK who refused to send a card without crediting a flight to them.

Yeah, it seems like they're getting at least inconsistent and maybe actually rolling back the policy. I tried to sign up for M&S online and got some error, and spent quite a while on the phone with their call center trying to get my account set up (so I could match from DL Gold, which itself may not be feasible...). After the guy set up the account I just asked him point blank if they status match and he said no. Who knows if the info hasn't trickled down to front line operators, but still...

The status hasn't been updated yet.

if they were rolling back the policy, they shouldn't be sending BS emails that state we're not eligible due to their policy (when, in fact, we DO qualify via their policy).
