In Turkey, always "expect, the unexpected!": The recent tender for Shuttle Bus Transportation to INA, has been cancelled on the grounds that "there's no public advantage"! In some foreseeable future, a new tender will be introduced. And we have around 6-7 weeks till the opening of the New Airport. Needless to say, there's not the slightest hope from the M11 metroline side, until end 2020 or so.
Tender for shuttle bus transfer services to new Istanbul airport canceled

Does anyone know if they actually started working on the lounge interiors? That's one crucial item IMHO.

It seems like the workers are striking today. They are shouting "government quit your job".

And now that the government has dollarized contracts for all individuals and businesses in Turkey there is a huge backlash about governments contracts guaranteed in foreign currencies such as the airport, looks bad for the consortium considering that they are already in the hole and could not pay many things on time already, even before this happened. Now they have the US and the striking workers to blame, Expect a delay announcement (or soft whatever) by the end of the month.
