For people who recently submitted a match, what did you provide? Would a scan of elite card be enough?

Using TK FF#
I want to credit some UA flights for my trip tomorrow to my TK account and get a start on re-qualifying for *G from the status match. Do I need to include the TK in front of my FF#? It's showing up as TKTK123456789 on my reservation/boarding pass. Or do I leave it off? Will I have problems getting the mileage credit for this flight?
Any hints/tips will be helpful. Thanks!

Anybody else struggling to get onto the TK website? Seems to be down... Too many M&S joining requests maybe?

It gets you access to the Airport Lounge ( for example United Club) when traveling domestically

Submitted my SA*G card details plus statement extract last night and logged into my Miles&Smiles account today at 9am, showing confirmed status match to TK*G. Less than 12 hours turnaround time! Very impressive!

Submitted my information last week and this morning received confirmation match email. Hopefully I receive a card in short order so I can start accessing lounges.

I got my packet in the mail last Wednesday 6 weeks after submitting email for status match. I didn't credit any flights to my account though I was about to that day.
No problem getting in the RCC at LAX on my domestic flight so thanks M&S and OP.
