Wife's (applied 5/23) came this morning. Ended up taking back to back appointments at the end of August at the downtown Vancouver location instead of Blaine. Wife wanted to do some shopping and gets the iris scan out of the way too.

If, as I suspect, it is the same as the Global Entry notifications, the sender is [email protected] and the subject line will read:

Just called up the YUL Nexus office where I did my interview and asked what was going on. They said they'd look into it and call me back. 30 minutes later I received my approval email.

It is always good to call your interview office. Sometimes s/he forgets to click approve which causes your file remain in "Interview scheduled" status.

Finally-11 weeks and 1 day
This morning I finally received my Nexus pre-approval letter online. It took 11 weeks and 1 day from the day I applied (May 18). Fortunately, I'm vacating in Canada this weekend so I was able to secure an appointment at Blaine, WA for Monday on my way home. Yeah!
Good luck to all of you waiting for your pre-approval. I suspect the delay was due to the extremely long TSA airport lines in mid-May that caused a surge in applications during that time period.
