I have not received my Nexus card yet and we had a few instances in our Townhouse complex of stolen mail. I am a little worried that its taking so long, I read on the CBP website its typically 8-10 days, which is passed.

Should I apply for a new card online or give it some more time? I tried to call CBSA's Nexus hotline but nobody every picks up.

When I had my interview last Tuesday in Blaine, they told it could take upto 3 weeks. So, I would wait for another week before raising a new card request.

I'm assuming all trusted traveler cards follow the same printing process, but the wait time is on the long side for GE too.

My GE renewal was approved on June 8th and the "Activate Card" button finally appeared on June 20th (8 business days, June 19th was a federal holiday in the US), which means the new card was finally printed. I still haven't received it yet; hopefully any day now.

Update: just received my card in the mail. Interview 5/31, card received 6/23

Truly all over the place, although I imagine given that I'm Canadian-born and young, there's less to comb through.

Just curious, after your NEXUS application was cancelled, did you try to contactCanada Border Services Agency and/or U.S. Customs and Border Protection to reactivate your application since enrollment centers were closed and no appointments were available?

After the fact but if you had scheduled an appointment (though centers had not opened yet) before the 2 year mark of the conditional approval had passed your application would have remained active. Even if the appointment was subsequently canceled by you or CBP/ CBSA.

Yeah I sent an email and they weren't very helpful. Honestly I wasn't too fussed since I was able to get the fee covered by my Amex Plat anyway.

I�m surprised the Platinum covered it, as only Precheck/Global Entry are officially covered, whereas Chase cards officially cover Nexus.

FWIW I have a Canadian Amex Plat - but yes it was covered. Using my Biz Plat I was also able to get my APEC application covered, so it seems like they just accept any payment processed by the TTP program (makes sense, hard to really discriminate when they advertise a $100CAD credit)

Here are some revised data points based on my wife and myself:

We both applied on March 05, 2022.
I received conditional approval on March 11, 2022.
My wife had to wait for an extended period to receive her conditional approval, which finally came on April 28, 2023.
I waited until my wife received her conditional approval before scheduling the interview to avoid having to travel to the Blaine center twice.
We finally had our interview on July 03, 2023. We arrived 30 minutes early, and the reception lady was still able to check us in and she asked us for our interview letter, password, driver's license, and naturalization certificate.
We waited until our names were called and then proceeded to the interview station.
The U.S. officer conducting the interview was very pleasant. They confirmed our basic information and provided detailed explanations about the Nexus program. We then switched to the Canadian officer, who patiently explained how the Nexus lane should work and highlighted important details.
The entire interview process lasted approximately 15-20 minutes, and we received the approval notification as we were walking back to our car.
Both of us received the approval notification immediately after leaving the center. We will provide an update once we receive our Nexus cards.

Doesn�t work like that for US Plat AMEX. Not covered.

can someone use the U.S. passport as proof of citizenship instead of the naturalization certificate?

Just wondering if the processing times have sped up or still lagging behind. From what others have detailed most Canadian Citizens are getting conditional approval rather quickly 1-2 months after applying on average. Is there something I can do to check what is taking my application to get conditional approval?

Appreciate any insights.
