First time applying for Nexus

Applied: Feb 23, 2023
Status: Canadian Citizen (born in Canada)
Conditional approval: PENDING REVIEW

Just wondering if the processing times have sped up or still lagging behind. From what others have detailed most Canadian Citizens are getting conditional approval rather quickly 1-2 months after applying on average. Is there something I can do to check what is taking my application to get conditional approval?

Appreciate any insights.
