When you think you're having a 'quiet month' while filling out a visa application... "List all the countries visited in the past 30 days' to which you think, none. Pause. Then go, 'Oh yeah, France, Ireland, Kenya'...
Or when you're filling out the visa application for Russia, 'list the countries visited in the past ten years'... *rolls eyes*

You realise you've left something in a far-flung, far-eastern First class lounge - but advise the airline "don't worry I'll pick it up in a few days"...
...for the third time.....in the same lounge...

When your immigration agent looks at your record and says you should really apply for global entry cos you've been here 4 times already this month.
Thank goodness for global entry
When you meet the same member of crew three times in the space of a couple of months, and get invited from your ET seat to the jump seat at the front to eat a nice CE dinner with them.
When there is someone sitting in your assigned seat and you get very miffed about it, because it's your favourite seat.

....when it becomes second nature to enter "0" for number of days staying in country on immigration forms
....when you realize that pilots are only 1000 hours per year (duty time limits), and you're on pace to more than double that
....when you dread a short 5-7hr trans atlantic flight in favor of a much more relaxing relaxing 12+ hour trans pacific flight to Asia
