However, you can use "navigate" and see the details - and see the difference in the Air France site..

Well, BMI worked for a few days but once again is broken.
It's interesting that though I've posted it here and sent the suggestion numerous times to MileTracker, there's really never a very good answer to this question: Why doesn't MileTracker simply charge for a service that works consistently and is updated often? I'd pay $50/year, maybe more, for that.

Deskport Mileport and Miletracker
Although I thought they were basically the same, I just saw that there were some differences in receiving the data.
For example: both Mileport and Miletracker can't receive Flying Blue, but the Miletracker option from Deskport will receive this. I saw some other differences (the other way around), but the second time I tried they were gone, so that could be a connection problem at that time, but this one remains...

An Internet Explorer window, about 75% the size of Mileport, that is a complete blank white has started to pop open at the end of retrieving, when I press View, and when Mileport opens. I suspect that it might be to ask me to accept an update, but as it is blank I can do nothing with it.
Please advise.
My version is dated to July 13 2008.

I'm pretty much convinced they've abandoned the program.
Which is a shame.
It started out as such a fantastic program, and then because of lack of support became dreck.

Yes, for those of you who have MacOS and an iPhone or iPod Touch, you should immediately download the free PageOnce program. It will track all of your airline and hotel balances, as well as checking accounts, credit cards, etc. Far superior to miletracker. Another neat feature is that the update section will show me upcoming flights (at least for WN). ^ ^ Disclosure note: Currently AA is not working

Online version of Miletracker
They have not abandoned the program but they are changing to a web application. I did not see lot of improvements, though.

Vista???
Ok, Vista has been out for, what, a couple of years? How about a Vista Miletracker version?
For the record, I searched and read the posts saying the XP version was running under Vista and I downloaded it from the McPaper website. I installed OK, and I set up my DL account to see if it would work, and yes, it was OK. Now, after a shutdown and reboot, Miletracker won't load, either from the Icon or the Programs menu.
Ideas? Comments? New version coming?

Try "Run as administrator"
I emailed Miletracker and received the following response:
Hi Bob,
I'm sorry that MileTracker doesn't seem to be working on your Vista computer! The problem is that MileTracker and Vista are not 100% compatible - at least not yet. MileTracker should work on Vista computers, for the most part. There are a few quirks that we have yet to work out but we will hopefully have them fixed soon. You should be able to retrieve your accounts via MileTracker on a Vista computer, which is the most important function.
From what I've gathered from other Vista users, if MileTracker won't launch, then the problem might be that you need to right-click on the MileTracker desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator." I have received reports that some Vista users are required to do this every time they launch the application. If you are encountering an "Unable to save settings" error message, then it should be corrected by running the program as the administrator.
Since you are a Vista user, I wanted to point out another inconvenience. Currently, Vista users are not able to download upgrades, even though you will be prompted to do so. Whenever a program changes its website, we have to update MileTracker accordingly. We then release upgrades so our users can update their MileTrackers and the programs will resume retrieving.
Whenever you are prompted to download an upgrade, then you will have to un-install and re-install the application in order to update your MileTracker. I know this sounds like a pain, but if you use the un-install function in your USA TODAY MileTracker folder, you shouldn't have to re-enter your accounts. When you un-install, some files remain on your computer in your USA TODAY MileTracker folder, so please make sure you don't delete the folder after un-installing. Then, you can re-install MileTracker from our website: www.usatoday.deskport.biz. This should give you the upgraded version.
We are in the process of creating a web-based version of MileTracker that shouldn't have any of these issues. We hope to release more information on this soon - you will be notified within the current application when the web-based version is available. Until then, I'm sorry for these inconveniences!
Thank you for your support.

Thank you for the tip Schutzee: I can confirm the program will load using the "Run as Administrator" work-around.
Now, I need to decide if it is worth reloading all my accounts into this flakey program, or look for something more robust. Decisions, decisions.
