FYI, don't use PageOnce to track Paypal accounts - it set off Paypal's fraud alerts for myself and someone else, a couple of days after we both signed up with PageOnce, and locked us out of our Paypal accounts. I'm not keen on using them for my checking accounts and credit cards either.
