It's become a complete mess. Try AwardWallet instead.

Is there a way to get Award Wallet to display a total of miles and points like Miletracker does? Also, is it worth upgrading? How much is a fair price for six months?

Having expiry dates, if you have more than 4 or 5 accounts, is nice. With 5 family members, including perhaps your twin (or two), you can get 6 months to make up your mind as to what it worth.

Thus far, I have been very pleased.

Wow! I love Award Wallet. The ability to pull in all my trip details into "My Travel Plans" is awesome.

miletracker.com is giving me a weird result right now. When going to the web site it is showing an account is suspended message. I can only assume it is their web host that is giving this result since I havent logged in yet.

Same here. Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one. My experience with these types of technical glitches over the years is that this will be corrected soon. I hope so anyway.

Wow - Old thread with little activity.

I use the oneline version.

My Amex Mem rewards has been failing to update for months.
NOTE: ALso Having the same problem with Amex Mem rewards on MileageManager.com

Checked passwords, did the "navigate" process. Still out failing to update.

Anyone else?

Anyone send an email to the webmaster of the program yet?

I gave up long ago and switched to AwardWallet, which is much better. It even keeps track of your reservations automatically.

Ya, I sent them an email about a month ago, but received no reply(automated one), so I'm not going to waste time with this until they fix this stuff up.
