CO on MT works fine for me. Are you updated to the current version of MT? Has your logon changed w/ CO? You can use either your OP# or a username, I believe. Has your password changed w/ CO?

Most of my problems have been with credit card reward programs - which isn't surprising as they've made the most changes to their login and retrieval procedures.
I haven't been able to retrieve the following for a while.
Capital One Rewards
Chase Rewards
Citi Thank You Network (like everyone else)
Discover Cashback
but also
Airmilesmart
Ebates
Radisson (probably because of their recent major program changes)
Upromise

Well, they can't fix non-working programs that have not worked for months, but they can add new ad windows that spawn at the beginning and end of a mile-check.

If you're seeing this problem with MileTracker from USA Today, switch to MilePort (mileport.com). The guts of the app are the same and you're much less likely to have problems with mischievous ads. It'll even use the same .settings file which it'll ask for you when you install and run it for the first time.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.
Does MilePort fix non-working programs faster? (BMI has been non-working for months, it seems).
I am curious, though: why don't you offer an ad-free version for, say, $20 or $30 a year? I know I would pay it in a minute as would lots of others.
Or a premium version (a la FlyerTalk Premium) that runs on the regular one but without the ads)

The ads in MileTracker from USA Today are controlled by a 3rd party and some of them do funky things that wouldn't happen if they were viewed in a traditional web browser. I can promise you it's not intentional. Nothing is ever intended to pop-up or pop-under.

It would be nice to have that information, so that we don't keep wondering if we're doing something wrong when something's not working.
Thanks,

Yes, they do that, but I thought they have some problems with programmers to fix it. But you can always email them, you'll receive a response within one or two days.

Anyone having an issue with Continental? I can "Navigate" just fine, yet when trying to "Retrieve", it claims "Cannot determine. Please try again later, or use Navigate on the right.". If it helps, for this specific account, I have 0 miles. Thanks!

I asked Mile Tracker a couple of weeks ago and they told me by email that they have a problem with CO which they are trying to fix. CO still does not work

Same here.
BMI, go! miles and Thank You Network don't work.
jimbob, I'd pay $30 -- even $50 -- a year for a program that consistently worked and was updated in a timely way (the BMI problem was reported at least back in December!). Surely a handful of FTers paying for a premium product would make more money than the ad-spawns that ....... keeps me from seeing anyway.

working here too, now. Was there an update download? I don't remember any in the recent past. Did MileTracker fix something, or did CO roll-back a change (whether deliberate, or circumstance), that undid something, that got this to work again?
