JetBlue, AirTran, and WestJet are fully supported via the KVS Tool.
Southwest provides schedules only.

I'll call back again today. The agent told me that I was probably seeing availability as if I had a QF FF account. The BA website shows nothing available on that date. Maybe BA is restricting awards like UA

Hi.
When search for an LH award, I'm receiving a Datasource Initialization Error.
"ANA SKY WEB" . This has worked before for me. I received error with 5.6, then upgraded to 5.7.8 and still receive error message.

Not for me - it's been down for the past 16 hours at least.

Note at that time, the ANA site (and I have miles in my account as well) was not working for a full *A member search, but I was able to search by *airline*, which provided me a result, and even that was slow.

Therefore, I am wondering if the ANA site is having a problem right now - can anyone else with an actual balance have a check as well?

Hey folks,

Could someone tell me what J class looks like right now on AC 874 from YUL-FRA on Oct.5th. I believe R space is at 0 and am just wondering what my upgrade chances are on a M fare. Your help is appreciated.

Indeed, we have not received any reports of any issues with the [Awards/StarAlliance] engine during this time, and it continues to function normally as of now, e.g.:
