CM as well.

Are there any good alternatives to EF?
|
The most disappointing part of all of this is the complete lack of response from ExpertFlyer customer "support". No replies, no banner, no acknowledgment that they're aware of or working on the problem or a timeline for resolution. Sad to see such a useful tool so badly degraded. I wish there were a comparable alternative.

Having auto-renewed for many years (even through Covid), I flipped the renewal 'off' yesterday. EF have until the end of the month - at least my renewal was timed right :)

Seat maps and plane change notifications not working for : United-UA, Japan Airlines-JL, Hawaiian Airlines-HA
On a personal note, I am truly dismayed and sorry this is happening. If standard customer care isn't replying, maybe some other people could be more responsive to your concerns. |

Seat Alerts and Aircraft Change Alerts are both powered by seat maps, so as long as the seat maps are broken, those alerts won't work.

No seat maps on EF
It seems that no seat maps are available on Expert Flyer at the moment. This applies to flights also many months in the future.

Yes, this is being discussed in the EF thread, it seems to affect many airlines.

We need you back at the helm! (Sharing the same alma mater, I have faith you would right this ship!) Nonetheless, I echo what others have stated- Thank You for your contribution to the travel community. |
any other tools that have similar features? Currently no seat maps / alerts for AA, CX, and VS and I'm sure many others. Over the past little while, award coverage have also been diminishing, little by little

Just three days shy of an annual renewal - turned it off now.
Not being able to check seatmaps really... takes the cake. |

They even have a page dedicated for it (https://www.expertflyer.com/page.jsp...echissues.html), but alas.

They are probably scrambling and don't have a clue as to what to do.
