Anyone else having the same problem as me? I usually pay monthly for a subscription when I need it, which works out at around 7-8 times per year. My most recent subscription expired so I went to the desktop site as usual to renew but have been unable to, as I'm constantly asked to update my credit card information. My previous card had not expired, but when I add it back in and click save nothing changes and I'm still unable to renew my subscription.

However, the top left corner of the page still says I have the premium service with unlimited queries, and I retain full functionality, except I can't use the Android mobile version - it simply won't let me log in there. Logging in as desktop on my phone works fine.

I'm having the same problem. The response from Customer Care is clearly BS. It appears to be only the DEPARTURE timetables that are displaying completely useless information. The ARRIVAL timetables are working as they always have. I will email them as well.

I just got the following reply. So at least they're now acknowledging that there's a problem:

same problem here on iOS. Cannot use it from my phone which kind of defeats the purpose

I'm still seeing issues with the departures/arrivals timetable page. It's not completely garbage anymore, but under all the nonstop flights there are a ton of connecting options from all over including some odd things like rail codeshares, and I see a handful of cargo routes (with aircraft type "truck") as well.

My workaround for this is to manually de-select all the connecting airports and to de-select the airline with no name (see attached screen shot).

Not an ideal situation, but it is fairly easy to do.

Anyone else wondering what happened to the detailed flight status information? It used to print out the air service shorthand for a flights status, which included details about whether a delay was because of weather or crew or what not. Can't find that anymore.

I was just looking for this yesterday. I wanted to see the reason my flight kept getting bumped forward

It's "Flight Status" on the left sidebar, right? Are you referring to something else?

This is the note for AA99, LHR-ORD, cancelled Aug 5th:

LHR 810A
ORD T5 IAB 1045A
1FX CANCEL LHR -ORD -XOP-CXLD OPERATIONAL DECISION-E*0711
7LHR/AURA CXL FLT IN PROGRESS *0720*CRCYMG

Isn't this specific to each airline's choices of what they are prepared to publish to the GDS?

For example, BA used to publish the cancellation reason together with whether it considered that the cancellation was eligible for 261/2004 compensation, but it's stopped doing that.

Still seems to be an issue. I'm seeing tons of RFS (truck routes) which makes it useless. Would be great if there was a way to filter by equipment so you could easily exclude it.

Still getting email alerts, but texts stopped in past few weeks. Any ideas?

Same here - no more text messages for alerts. With T-Mobile in US if it matters.

Same here. text alerts started showing up from a strange address a few days ago and now they've stopped working altogether.

AT&T. But can email my text number and it works fine. So appears to be an EF issue.
