No error message, just it made a forced logout and now you can’t press “sign in” when the username and password is entered. Same issue as a few months back. The full www desktop and mobile version works ok.

Is EF having issues with AA awards? Have a trigger for AA C availability in September RT, and last night both directions flagged for having availability, but chatted with AA and there really were none. Sure enough, this morning checked and it said 0. So I set the alerts back up. Tonight, around the same time, BAM, alerted again and EF is showing 7 available, but I suspect once again it's phantom. Kind of annoying all the false positives.....
Update: chatted with AA and once again, it's really not there.... |

Seat alerts on Android still not working since last 10days or so, anyone have any updates if it will ever be fixed ?
I have same error trying to sign in as posted above. Also if you try to reset password it says can't connect. Expert flyer did email me some months ago saying they were no longer going to support 'seat alerts' app, but the app did continue to work on Android until just recently. |

The seat alerts on Android working again, thankfully. I was missing it. The web interface which still worked, is just not the same and I found myself not bothering looking at all.

Can’t log in on mobile website using iPhone. It says “subscription expired please visit full website on desktop to reactivate. Login works fine on laptop and my subscription is not expired. This has been going on for several days

ExpertFlyer's timetable search function has suddenly become essentially unusable for me when using "Search by Arrival/Departure City." Even when filtering for codeshare flights and direct flights, results for every city on every date I've tried for the last few days are showing all kinds of crazy connections with ground freight service--for example, this is for a random date ex-MXP:
