AA seat maps have been working for me this morning.

For me too. I received a reply to my query at expertflyer.com this morning indicating that they had addressed the issue.

Been having issues trying to upgrade a free account to premium. When I try and enter my billing information and click next, it simply returns me to the homepage. Anyone encounter a similar issue? Ang known workaround for this??

URGENT: Expert Flyer Facebook login down
 

It appears that the Facebook login option is down. See my screenshot below. I tried logging in with the username and password but it says that since my account was created with Facebook I must use the Facebook login. Does anybody have a Support email address to send to EF? I tried Support at expert flyer .com but it bounced.

Still having the same issue here, very frustrating. Can't log in via Facebook and won't let me login otherwise as the account was originally created to log in via Facebook.

I sent an email in over the weekend. They responded first thing this morning saying that they were aware of the issue and were researching. I don't know why its still down. They probably let some sort of api subscription expire is my guess. They were able to convert my login type to email / password and sent me a password reset email. It works fine now that way. I leave on a big trip this week and needed EF over the weekend so I just signed up for a free trial using another email to get me through the weekend.

Glad to hear they can convert the login- I used Facebook login originally, and am hitting the same issue.

F space on BA
 

I realize EP can’t show premium space for BA flights. However, I’ve been seeing AA mile redemptions pop up on BA flights for F from time to time. I thought booking F on BA with AA miles is not possible. If I search for F award space code Z on AA will I see space if opens up on BA on EP?

Also having this issue. Is there a way to remove the Facebook association and use your email address as a regular login?

I contacted them with the email address shared above and they got back to me the next day and were able to change it from Facebook to email login. Seems like you need to contact them to change the login method.
