The Fare Information search is returning what is published in the GDSs. If you need further help please email us with a specific search as compared to something else that uses a GDS, like an OTA.
That issue is still there. No LH fares ex CAI in EF. please fix that. Those fares exist, you can book it on LH's website etc. merry Christmas |

yes. Something is broken. After a long time and likely some sort of timeout, it is saying no flights available in response to any search (at least any search I did).

Well, at least they now have their fail-over landing page up and running. My guess is the last (?) SysAdmin in the company is down in their basement home office working to fix this. Fortunately I don't need to use my account today...or tomorrow...or even the day after.

Not sure if this forum or the UA forum is best to ask. From what I gather, if I wanted to use Turkish miles to book a United flight, I need to find "I" (as in upper case i) inventory on United? If so, I first tried using the Flight Availability, but it says I need to use the Award and Upgrade Search. The problem is that UA is not an available airline to search under the Award and Upgrade section. Am I missing something?

I'm still not getting seat alerts when a seat opens up. Frustrating and seriously considering not extending my subscription.

I also had the FB issue and couldn't log in, I e-mailed them and they let me do the normal log in but now I'm having trouble renewing my subscription.
Could someone be kind to check the seat map for Iberia (IB) fight 6453 on Jan 23? I need to know if it's the updated suite a350 or not, and for that I'd like to know if the PE cabin has 24 or 28 seats, thanks! |
