However that being said since you didn't show the search we have no idea how you got that, here is the search we did and the results:

Getting "EK award inventory is temporarily unavailable due to an issue with our data provider."
when will this be resolved?

We do not have an ETA at this time.

Glitch?

I have alerts for upgrade space on AA on a few routes between 5/17-5/22 2022 outbound and 6/2-6/5 2022 inbound. for three routes for most all those dates I received email saying 2 were available, must have been 25 emails, maybe more. Called AA and they were seeing none, checking before writing this same. These are single segment alerts. What's going on here?

Without knowing the routes/flights we can't really help you. This is why we recommend you email us questions like this so we can look up your alerts. That being said, many times AA plays with their inventory, especially overnight, where something may be available for a short time and then changes or is used. Either way, you can resubmit the alerts from the View Saved Alert page, also do the Award & Upgrade search to see if the inventory is still there before you call AA.

OK will email. I presume what you describe isn't really AA making it available but just doing some housekeeping that causes it to be available very briefly. I would like to know how to strategize better as it does seems it's getting harder and harder to find.

Is AA 'C' upgrade space working? EF's showing C 0 whereas AA's website is showing SWU space as available. LAX-HND AA27 12/7

Yes it is working, do JFK-LHR on 12/7 as an example. AA.com could have cached information, but that is what they are publishing live in the reservation systems.

I've traversed the EF site up and down and don't think the following is possible, but figured I'd ask here as a last chance effort.

I'm looking to travel DFW-AUS after 9 PM on 12/31. There are usually 2-3 daily flights that meet this criteria, but a recent schedule change removed all flights after the 7 PM one, presumably because the demand isn't there on NYE.

I'd like to set an alert to notify me if flights are added on this specific route, on this specific day, after a specific time, but I don't see any options. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm sorry but we don't have an alert for new flights being added to the schedule.

Confused by availability

Hello All, I am booked economy on this flight:

GRR to ORD on 11/13/21
UA flight 4756

Just messing around to see what an upgrade would cost (so short a flight it doesn't matter), UA app shows 2 seats available in FC, all others occupied, yet also says availability as J9 thru ZN9, less in the other FC fare buckets and I0.

EF shows 10 seats blocked and the 2 for sale by UA, as occupied.

Any clue whats going on in this situation? SNAFU? EF reaction to fare bucket availability dicrepancy on UA?

On the UA side, I see 10 seats unoccupied and the 2 you mentioned occupied.

For EF, the seats that show as unoccupied on UA, show up as blocked if you search for it as "first class" but if you search for it as "business" then the map matches UA.

I'm not receiving Flight change/cancellation notices for alerts I've set up. In the last few weeks, I've had scheduled flights cancelled that I've only known about because the airline ultimately rebooks me and sends me a notification. I go into EF and re-run the search and it still doesn't detect that the flight doesn't even exist anymore. What am I missing?

The Schedule Change alert is not for cancelations, only published changes in the Flight Details results which doesn't give us cancelation information. At a later date we may have an alert that handles cancelations.

Is there some way to do a a multi-origin search for award space such that say I'm looking for award space on QR from anywhere in the US or BOS,JFK,ATL, etc to AUH so I can plan on a repositioning flight rather than have to look up the origin points of each airline and search each one such as BOS-AUH, JFK-AUH, ATL-AUH all separately? Thanks.
