Agree - it really rather defeats the object of paying!

Just a tip on setting alerts: For flights I hold, I always set aircraft change notifications, flight schedule notifications, and set up seat notifications if suddenly our assigned seats become vacant.
Today, UA decided to switch a domestic 777 1-2-1 config to a 737, and I ended up with no F seats. Of course, the only way I knew about any of these changes is EF’s notifications. Thanks, EF. |

BA, IB, AY, QR -- all still unavailable, and have been for quite some time. Yet we're still paying full price for our EF subscriptions.

Searches currently nor working: Upgrades - BA, AA, EY, EK, AY, QR, VS Awards - BA, VS, My understanding is that searches for AA upgrades do work (if done correctly), and QR awards do not. Do you have information otherwise? |

I’m not sure the best way to file this bug report, so I’ll post it here to see if it’s more widespread.
On the Beta site, it says we should be able to make route based flight availability alerts. The help documentation states that we do this by leaving out the optional flight number, and then “any non-stop or direct flight for that day can trigger the alert.” This seems like exactly what I want. Unfortunately, it keeps triggering for me, even with connecting flights. I’ve had the following flights trigger my alerts incorrectly: - LX 450 (ZRH -> LCY) triggered an alert searching for space in “I” from ZRH to BOS on 4/25/22. It seems to think I could connect onward to UA 25 from LHR -> BOS on 4/26/22, but this is obviously not a direct or a non-stop flight. The alert only mentions LX 450; I had to work out the possible UA 25 connection on my own by repeating the Award & Upgrade search by hand. - LX 316 (ZRH -> LHR) triggered an alert searching for space in “I” from ZRH to BOS on 5/23/22. Again, I’m guessing it seems to think I could connect on UA 25 LHR -> BOS on 5/24/22. |

Please use one of those two ways to contact us so we can look up your account and the exact alert you created, thanks. |
I cannot set an alert for DL50 (SLC -LHR) in anything but economy. Neither regular site or beta. Glitch?
Beta site looks great. What is the downside of always using that site? EDIT- any date, any class but economy (Biz or F class) award |

Award inventory is not valid for codeshares. You need to look up the underlying JetBlue flight and look for award inventory there.
