It is awfully slow so when the results do arrive along with that banner one wonders if they are correct so thanks for confirming it is working despite what the banner says.

A slow search is how we are getting an accurate search.

Will you notify users by email if the fix is found to not be working? I've set some BA alerts and I was hoping I could forget about it now and wait for an alert but I guess there's a chance availability appears but EF has stopped supporting BA again and I wouldn't even be aware

We will announce any changes.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before, I don't know how I would search for it.

Will EF send an aircraft alert if the aircraft model number is the same but the seat map is different, specifically QR 773 Qsuites vs non-QSuites?

It will alert if the equipment code on the seat map changes or if the layout of the Economy seat map changes.

POI - point of origin change.

Dear EF Team, Is this something that can be implemented in the foreseable future? It becomes increasingly an issue. I know its not a simple development but... it is the future.

Even for EY flights now the POI matters a lot and there is no possibility to search for a return/ connecting flight 'true' availbility at the moment.

With EY specifically the POI availability fluctuates very significantly: from J9 C9 D9 W9 Z0 for an AUH-BKK flight (POI = AUH) to J0 C0 D0 W0 Z0 for the same AUH-BKK flight (POI = BKK).
And to avoid confusion - changing point of sale does not help.

Unfortunately not a this time. Every day in the search is done as a separate one-way search so they can be done simultaneously (up to 14 days). We are currently not setup to do round trip queries which would be further complicated by the asymmetric nature of the FA request (you could request 1 departure date but up to 7 return days for example). If you have suggestions on how to handle this given the above feel free to email us.

Seems like my IP address has been blocked by EF. I get an "Error 15: access denied" message with an explanation "This request was blocked by the security rules" when trying to access on my home wifi, but I can access the website just fine on cellular data. What's going on here?

You will see that if your IP address was used to solve an abnormally large amount of captchas. Wait 15 minutes and try again.

It's been over an hour and I'm still seeing the same error message...

Then there may be an issue with other traffic coming from your IP address. Please email us so we can investigate further. customercare@

Are QR searches working yet?

I understand they weren't working a few months ago but cannot find confirmation that they are, in fact, working again.

I am receiving this message for every search on QR.

QR award inventory is temporarily unavailable due to an issue with our data provider. They are actively working to fix the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Is this the same for the BA award searches? (Keep the banner until you're confident it's good.)

Would it be possible to add the ability to save searches in the mobile website version? It’s a hassle to have to switch to the full version whenever I want to save a search. Thanks.

You will be able to on the new version we're working on.
