Unfortunately it is T-mobiles end, they have recently turned up their "spam" filtering and have said they don't have the ability to whitelist senders.

From t-mobile:

Due to ongoing spam attacks, there are times when inbound tmomail email traffic will be rejected, because it may contain a partial match to any combination of spam sources being filtered. We do not at this time have the ability to whitelist external sources due to often shared configuration with spam sources. Once spam has ceased, it's possible we will consider relaxing filters that are intended to block unwanted spam but we don't have a way to be able to guarantee functionality from specific sources.
Our suggestion is to express your displeasure to them as to their filtering practices. In the next version of EF we will be implementing SMS messaging so it shouldn't be an issue going forward.

We are still waiting, our GDS rep has told us that several of their BA contacts who manage this have left and they are waiting for their replacements. In the meantime use a POS other than USA to see availability, thank you.

Thanks for the update on TMO. Very interesting. I sent them an email blasting them for not having something as basic as a whitelist.
Any ETA on the new EF?

Hi,
Relatively new to Expert Flyer. Is there a way to set up an alert on an itinerary with 1 connection, when the airline is enforcing married segments? Example: NBO-HEL via AMS on KLM. There is award space on the date I need if searching segment by segment but not as one whole itinerary. I tried to set up an alert on EF for the whole itinerary and got the confirmation as if there was space for the whole itinerary, which wasn't the case. (Wasn't showing on EF either once I went to check on the site). Thanks

This has been a huge drawback of EF. I thought they were working on correcting this problem over a year ago, but I guess not. The married segments problem occurs when searching for award seats on connecting flights.

Married segment alerts aren't supported with the current EF but *are* supported on the beta version which you can access at https://beta.expertflyer.com to create an alert there.

I just ran some searches for visa/health entry requirements - every one I tried said " There are no results".
I tried Indonesia, Thailand, Hong kong.
Is there a problem with the Timatic feed?

I'm really struggling with matching up tariffs to fare buckets. I'm looking at fare buckets that will give me 100% eqm on my chosen FF program. But then I can't figure which of the available tariffs are used by the operating carrier when I search their website. For example, I'm looking for an AA fare SEA-CPH in H,K,L,M, or P. For each bucket I get several tariffs. But the tariffs show the fare minus, I believe, all the taxes and fees. So I can't tell if I'm seeing fares based on the available tariffs. The EduGuide doesn't really touch on this. Any thoughts on this from anybody?

Anyone else have issues searching for EK flights on EF? It seems to be working just a few days ago, and now when you search any city pair with EK, there's nothing...

Because of this: https://www.thebeat.travel/News/Emir...port-Inks-Deal you have to specify EK as the only airline in the Flight Availability search to see EK flight data (this allows our system to use a reservation system that still has EK data).

Just did a search on the beta site and it worked without issue. If you require further help please email us the specific search criteria. Note that you can only specify EK as the airline and can't use the option to exclude codeshares.
