Caviar Service
It would have been great if the three caviars were coming from various suppliers instead of one Swiss label.
They should also invest in proper caviar spoons to replace the metal one as it affects the tasting - thankfully, I always carry my own silver-gilt spoon from Petrossian.

“SWISS Connoisseur Experience” is a culinary concept that brings gastronomic highlights on board SWISS First. During a period of two weeks, special menus are available on board of all flights departing from Switzerland. The purpose of the SWISS Connoisseur Experience is to serve high quality products which aren’t available all year round and to surprise our frequent travellers with a unique dining experience. In the course of this year, the specials are available as follows at the last two weeks of a menu cycle:
End of February: Caviar Tasting
End of May: Seafood Festival
End of August: SWISS Steakhouse
End of November: Alba truffle collection
The start of the series is thus made with an exclusive caviar tasting high above the clouds. The tasting is offered on all flights leaving Switzerland from 15 to 28 February 2023.

I think it’s a nice ‘surprise and delight’, it’s special and I don’t think it needs to be there full-time. Also a nice change considering LX F menus stay the same for far too long. A small airline like Qantas manages to have completely different F menus on each F route.

They would actually have to market it for it to be a “marketing gimmick”!
