The Sliced veal Zurich style is also served in the FCL’s and freshly prepared by Chef

Thanks for letting us know and maybe reporting how the dishes were.

Concerning the veal: it is also available as pre-order on my upcoming flight ex ZRH, but I had the same feeling as Chris: the potato Rösti is hard probably a lot better when freshly prepared at the lounge. But maybe LX surprises us, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Glad you enjoyed it. The beef does sound tempting, let’s see whether they will have the same menu inbound from NRT.

Couldn't agree more—this post reminds me—the other day on CDG-ZRH they served a warm quiche for breakfast to my surprise. Hope the commitment to warm meals in SH J is rekindled but I won't hold my breath...

Please do, but I would expect that LX wouldn't want o give up the consistency they are known for and serve LPGS. Have a great flight!
