I just went to make a dummy purchase and it worked for me. Perhaps it's a graduated discount with your largest discount being first purchase?

I just tried code "WD574" again and it is working as of now, for 35% off. Try that one.

Perhaps try a different name/address for a dummy purchase to see if they're internally comparing against their own database. And/or try it from a completely different location from where your computer is currently connected (i.e. from your phone).

I got it to work again, but certain items are not discounted now, whilst others are. Gonna make two orders. One to NY and one to LA. See if that changes things. Thanks!

Correction: It worked on the mattress, box spring, duvet, feather bed and pillows. It didn't work on any sheets.

Horrible company:: Google simmons mattress complaints before purchasing
I know this thread is out of date, but this information needs to be known about Simmons.
My SD friends, I also ordered this mattress years ago and posted favorable reviews, which I feel in collection, have resulted in much revenue for the company. This company uses border-line fraudulent guidelines to deny warranty claims. The mattress has been making a pinging (ting) sound and it has made sleeping impossible without changing one's position in the bed multiple times. How irritating! I thought it would be an easy warranty fix. No. Simmons, in response to the "pinging-sound" stated this in their warranty response:
"Due to stains or soilage, therefore, we must deny warranty coverage. The warranty has been voided."
Just like that! These stains were sweat stains that are part of normal wear and tear of a mattress that is 4 years old. It's like Apple denying warranty on your iphone that doesn't turn on, claiming it is due to normal wear and tear scratch marks on the exterior.
The two factors are completely unrelated!
Companies with arcane unethical business practices like this should have been put out of business decades ago. Unless you would like to receive product support
