I downloaded and installed the new app that appeared last night (the usual way, no deletion involved) and it seems to work just fine.

I had to delete and reinstall in order to get it to work (splash screen came up, but it then exited). I don't think this is a SPG issue as I've had to do this for a few apps (Facebook and Uber for example) after the last IOS update.

I had almost given up on this app altogether. The latest updates required me to sign in every time I opened the app - not acceptable. After reading the recent posts here, I deleted the app, then reinstalled. Now appears to work as expected and remembers my credentials even when I close the app and reopen it.
They need to fix this though since not everyone will read this (or related threads) and know that they really need to delete and re-install. The app reviews are showing that is the case...

Just noticed a bug/oddity in the app :
My last stay is showing online, correctly, as "Tue 06/30/2015 - Wed 07/01/2015", with a post date of "07/01/2015".
On the app, the same stay is showing only one date, which is "02 Jul 2015", so is neither the stay date nor the post date.
If this is a fixable bug, could I request that, at the same time, the app is enhanced to display the stay dates, in the way they are shown online - this is a very useful feature when checking back through previous stays.

I've always had a feeling the app is not as easy as it should be to check existing reservations, particularly for pre-upgrades, and I've just figured out why this is.
Looking at an existing reservation online, the details are :

The room type has always been the first item on the list, so that's where you look for it. Why does the App 'hide' the room type in the middle of the description string ?
