My iPhone app works perfectly but the iPad app never seems to update my current Starpoints balance, nights stayed, or stays for the year. I also am unable to get the card in my wallet to update properly without deleting it out and reloading it.
Anyone else have the same issues?

The 6.4.0 app update today now won't work on my phone - first launch it had seemingly logged me out, then it crashed soon after. Every re-launch crashed. Remove and re-install same result.
iPhone 6s on iOS 10.2. It is (was) paired with and installed on an Apple Watch Series 2 running 3.1.1 too before.

Regretting updating - iPhone app is buggy and constantly crashes whereas the iPad app crashes on startup/no longer functions at all.
Any fixes?

Just updated SPG iPad app to 6.4.0 following IOS update to 10.2
Login credentials have been lost so I have to log in again, and the app crashes out while I'm inputting username and password. As per all the other reports on the App Store.

The app wouldn't load this morning- I reinstalled.

Having the same app crashing problems. Emailed the App support desk and was advised to switch off phone and uninstall and reinstall the app. That didn't work. I believe that it's an app design issue.
Cannot use the app at all. This is a real shame as the app was actually very good.

My iphone/ipad app allows logging in, but my starpoints, stays, etc. are all down to 0.

I was able to log in and see my upcoming stays and SNAs but I have zero lifetime stays.

Everything works for me with the exception of lifetime nights - which show as 0.
