Point total on front page of app not matching detailed view
Is anyone else experiencing this?
On the front page of the 'My SPG' tab - my point total doesn't seem to be updating as i earn points. If i click on it and it launches the more detailed page with my name, membership #, Starpoints total, Level, Stays this year, Night this year - the 'StarPoints total is correct here.
The only way that i can get the front one to update is to log out and log back in.

Similar experience here. iPhone app doesn't seem to update the "cover" page. If I click into "My SPG" I can see the updated total. But exiting out still doesn't update the cover page. I have to manually close the app and open it again.
But it doesn't seem to be consistent... and I'm at a lull period where I'm not earning points frequently enough to test it more thoroughly.

Question for the designers of the iPad app.
Why is the hotel "Opened" date displayed prominently at the head of each reservation ? Not only does it detract the eye from the important stuff : the actual dates of the reservation, but in many cases, the data is bunkum.
The Sheraton Heathrow and Sheraton Skyline, for example, both say "Opened 2 January 1991". Students of Heathrowvian architecture will know this is nonsense.....
Is 2 Jan 1991 some sort of "day 0" in the Starwood system ?

SPG App
For some reason I cannot see reservation details on the iPhone app any more, this was helpful to look into upgrades in advance of a stay.
Any ideas why?

SPG App
I updated on 6/3, when I look on the website it appears to say my reservation details are complex based on the way Amex travel made the booking.
This is a relatively recent phenomenon.

I have seen that on a few complex bookings last year, mostly where I had specific requirements that could only be taken care of at the hotel at check-in.

Just happened for me to - before when my TA booked the reservations, I got the "this is a complex reservation and can't be viewed online" on the main site, but I had full visibility on the app...now I have neither. Not so desirable.

Thanks for sending some examples. Turns out this is a known issue. There is no time frame mentioned as far as a fix is concerned, but a ticket has been opened.
