I've always had a feeling the app is not as easy as it should be to check existing reservations, particularly for pre-upgrades, and I've just figured out why this is.
Looking at an existing reservation online, the details are :

The room type has always been the first item on the list, so that's where you look for it. Why does the App 'hide' the room type in the middle of the description string ?
