Yes, it is affecting everyone. Being discussed in many threads here. Advice is to wait while they fix the "new" website and it should resolve itself.

First and middle names run together on reservation.

For all the people on one of my reservations, the traveler info shows the first and middle names run together as one long word. Tried to edit traveler info (omitting middle name) but still get same result. Have seen other posts about this on this thread, but haven't found an answer yet, and was wondering if anyone had experience with this. Thanks!

I believe this is how Shares does it. My PMCO reservations always had first and middle all together. PMUA didn't.

What a Fiasco

Where to start...

1) Missing 1 Regional Upgrade for some odd reason. According to reservations it was used on a flight I took Sunday even though I never selected to use one. I assume since I had to check-in over the phone since the webpage was hosed up the reservationist for some reason applied it. Took me an hour on the phone with the 1k line today and an email for them to start working it...

2) My EQM for the year was zero'd out however my number of segments is still correct. I've taken 3 flights since last Friday (the switch) and the miles are adding to my total but not my EQM. I was told this will be fixed this Saturday when they switch over the entire system...

3) My Y code share tickets keep showing 0% towards EQM when I get automatic upgrades. Today was switched to R for 100%, not 150%, and my flight Tuesday is R also but is 0%. A glitch with the page? Impossible to tell since my EQM is still 0...

4) The two times since the switch-over I entered the Red Carpet Club and was told I wasn't a member. Took 5 minutes for them to verify my membership even after I showed them the card...

5) 4+ hours on the 1k line for assistance with 2 flights and my account troubles. Seriously, test your IT systems and train your people properly. UA should be firing the CIO for this.

Need some help. Have been SWU-waitlisted for months on BKK-NRT-ORD for tomorrow (3/10) and now (within the 24-hour check-in period in BKK) the waitlisted segments have disappeared and there's no indication that I"m waitlisted. Does this usually happen with CO? Should I go ahead and check in? Thanks.

You experience is virtually identical to my own. No RCC access (despite lifetime member from premerger days as 2 million mile flyer), most but not all of my segments for the year but virtually no miles either RDM added or EQM total.

Yes -- If I remember correctly, this happened to me during the HNL-EWR segment. You have to check-in to get waitlisted.

During PMCO -- this was also a bug (but I always got the proper credit). If I ever got upgraded to R on a Y ticket, it would show 100% earnings instead of 150% but it always was properly credited it at the end.

Missing PQM's or whatever there called ...

Called them today and they said 3/15 to be fixed.

Missing 42K .... Posted 3K for last week. No flights posted this week.

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried to check in and got the error message "We are unable to complete the check-in process as a valid ticket coupon cannot be found. Please contact a United representative at 1-800-300-1547 for assistance." I've tried to call UA here in BKK but either get disconnected or the line is busy.

What number did you call? On Monday I was on hold for three hours, and never reached anybody. Tonight it was 2:57 when I finally reached someone, and my call got cut off after two minutes without my transaction completed. Excellent response from the call center? Help!!!

My mileage credit is still not posting for flights taken on 3/1. The request for credit tells me that those flights have already posted It's been more than 24 hours since the system switch...but that same message still shows on the website.
